The CNA office in Denver (Littleton – Park Meadows Mall area) is seeking experienced Property & Casualty multiline raters. The individuals in this role will quote, rate, endorse and issue new and renewal insurance policies for multiple lines of business within Commercial and/or Specialty. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Some overtime hours may be needed during peak processing times. We are willing to relocate qualified candidates including relocation assistance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Reviews incoming business transactions and related information for completeness, accuracy, and quality. Works with underwriter and other areas to resolve any discrepancies and process insurance policies in a timely manner. 2. Performs quoting, rating and routine policy maintenance for the lifecycle of the policy for multiple lines of business. May perform manual rating functions for non system supported coverages. 3. Regularly reviews department processing guidelines and procedures and provides recommendations as necessary to modify existing guidelines to ensure accuracy. 4. Processes new and/or renewal insurance policies and endorsement requests for multiple lines of business. 5. Responds to policy service requests from underwriters, agents, and brokers of moderate to high complexity for multiple lines of business. 6. May distribute quote letters and/or insurance policies to agents, brokers, underwriters, and/or insureds. 7. Participate and lead quality reviews and provides feedback to management. 8. Provide on the job training to less experienced staff and act as a resource for questions. 9. Consistently exceeds production and quality goals set by the department.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
1. A minimum of 2 years experience rating new business, renewals, issuance, and endorsements across all commercial lines of business. 2. A consistent track record of exceeding production and quality standards within a high volume rating environment. 3. Knowledge of insurance industry and its products and services, including rate calculation process. 4. Detail oriented with solid analytical and computational skills. 5. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. 6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work. 7. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business related software. 8. Preferred experience as a peer coach and formal or informal leadership and training experience.

Education & Experience:
1. High School diploma or equivalent experience required. College degree preferred. 2. Typically a minimum 3 years Commercial Lines insurance experience related to transaction processing and rating (New Business, Renewals, Endorsements, Policy Issuance).
