The CNA Insurance Company is hiring 10 Policy Services Representative in our Littleton office. A paid, formal training program will be provided. The start date will be October 7th. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, excellent computer skills and the desire to have a positive impact on the organization. Individuals will learn how to quote, rate, endorse and/or issue new and renewal insurance policies within multiple lines of commercial insurance. This is a full-time position with benefits. We work a 37.50 hour work week, no nights, no weekends, no holidays. Some overtime hours may be needed during peak processing times. Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:15 pm Monday through Friday.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Completes rating of new business, renewals, issuance, and endorsements across all lines of business. 2. Consistently meets department production and quality goals within a high volume rating environment. 3. Reviews incoming business transactions and related information for completeness, accuracy, and quality. Works with underwriter and other areas to resolve any discrepancies and process insurance transactions in a timely manner. 4. Performs routine policy maintenance for assigned line(s) of business/transaction types. May perform manual rating functions for non system supported coverages. 5. Regularly reviews and adheres to department processing guidelines and procedures to ensure accuracy. 6. May distribute quote letters and/or insurance policies to agents, brokers, underwriters, and/or insureds. 7. Responds to policy service requests from underwriters, agents, and brokers for assigned lines of business/transaction types.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
1. Detail oriented with good computational skills. 2. Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. 3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work. 4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business related software.

Education & Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent experience required. Some college experience strongly preferred. 2. Typically a minimum 2 years of office/clerical experience. Ideal candidates will have customer service, call center or processing type of work experience.
