Manager, Online Marketing

- Responsible for overseeing all of Epson America Inc. Latin America’s (EAI Latin) online marketing metrics and analytics activities, managing all online demand generation activities including reporting, online research, and multivariate testing

- Responsible for forecasting and budgeting activities; collaborates with/Key Customers including Product Management, MarCom, Sales Operations, E-Store Operations, and Web Master

- Monitor, identify, and analyze key online trends and implement marketing activities based on findings

- Transform raw web analytics data into actionable insight/opportunities for business stakeholders to help drive E-Store sales, overall sales of Epson in the channel, and improved brand perception

- Provide regular metrics and analysis to key management; actively monitor product reviews

- Oversee BazaarVoice product reviews program as well as other web related programs

- Work with the Customer Relations teams to address any larger issues identified through the program to ensure customer satisfaction; ensure email communication is tied into Epson store goals

- Evaluate and provide high level analysis and direction for the web site, working with the web team in Chile

- Work with product management to develop creative ways to drive traffic to site and awareness of Epson brand for their target markets

- Manage all of Epson’s paid and natural search activities; provide campaign performance updates to key management

- Manage affiliate marketing programs – ensuring quality leads and developing innovative marketing programs for the affiliate network partners

- Manage demand generation contractors and vendors

Requirements:

- 8 years of experience managing website demand generation campaigns and online marketing metrics

- Interest and passion for web strategy and online/web technology & business execution

- Highly proficient with MS Office PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrated communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Strong marketing analysis and project management experience; experience managing vendors

- Completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (B.A. or B.S.); MBA with an emphasis in Marketing is highly preferred

- Bilingual English/Spanish required; Portuguese helpful

- Ability to travel (domestic and international)
