Hispanic professional society & diversity job fairs at NSHP.org

NSHP folks, even if you don't like working out, or you feel you don't have time to work out its not a bad idea to start learning about fitness and nutrition. There are simple things you could do at work, during the day, even sitting watching TV that will lead to a healthier lifestyle. Don't be shy or fear this, attack this stuff so you could feel better!
Sincerely,
Ed

L.I.F.E. is committed to empowering individuals to achieve their weight loss and fitness goals. Eric’s vision is to help as many people as possible make lifestyle changes for lifelong fitness& Healthmaintenance, and then for them to pass this along to their children. He would like to make a positive impact on the childhood obesity problem, and someday provide a free or low-cost weight loss camp just for kids .

Some people do not realize that just ten (10) minutes a day can make changes for them. And the exercise does not have to be difficult.

Rob, you got it! "Any" added activity you could place on your body, is a "great" thing. If you make this a game, you will not believe how fun and how your body will rsspond. Yes could could take one flight of stairs and add one every week. At the end of several months you will be doing the 28 flights easily! You may need a shower or smell a bit, but you will have a kick-ass body my friend!

How about taking the stairs at your office building instead of the elevator? Now I've worked on the 28th and higher floors in Times Square 6 or so years ago, so that's not practical, but now being on #5 it seems good. If you're in a big building, walk part of the way up then hitch a ride.
