Licensed Practical Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing high quality nursing care and personal care to patients under the direction of the registered professional nurse. You will provide nursing care to patients in any of the three hospice service areas: Hospice Home Care, Hospice Residence and Hospice Crisis Care.
Requirements include a current registration and license to practice as an LPN in New York and a minimum of two years work experience as an LPN. Bilingual skills and a valid driver’s license may be required, as determined by operational/regional needs.
