I am intellectually curious and relationship-oriented. I like working with colleagues to solve problems and cultivate community. I believe in sharing what I know, supporting people so they can be successful, and checking my ego at the door. I consider the success of the group to be paramount, so I would not want my career to progress at the expense of others; rather, I seek a win-win situation whenever possible. I treat people with dignity and respect, as I expect them to treat me. Finally, I believe in finding a proper balance between work and family; not only is it emotionally healthy to find and appreciate this equilibrium, but it is also more productive.
