I started my career in the Information Technology field as a programmer and I've come full circle; analysis, configuration and training; from small in-house developed software applications to global, multilingual ERP implementations. But once I got into the Change Management, Training and Human Performance Improvement arena my path was chosen.
I am passionate about developing customized programs that align organizational goals to employee's development plans, and developing strategies to help organizations through transformational processes. Taking care of the human side of change makes all the difference.
Seeing how helping organizations develop their workforce affects their bottom line in a positive way and how people grows professionally and personally has been the most rewarding part of my job.
The continuous development as well as the mix of creative, technical and soft skills have been instrumental in making every project I have undertaken a success.
