I am a geographer by training with a degree in international studies. My post-graduate studies have been in remote sensing and geology. I have a background in cartography, and have studied marine safety with the US Coast Guard Auxiliary.

Presently, I am a map specialist at the US Geological Survey. I am pursuing GIS and remote sensing so I will be come an imagery analyst.

Two my grandparents were born in Puerto Rico, one was native American and the other family was from Spain. Another grandparent was of Spanish descent, born in Bogota, Colombia.
