Welcome to NSHP! Anna, why aren't you part of the Tuscon group? I attend school online thru Grand Canyon University, I want to go visit AZ before I graduate in 2012. I hear Lake Havisu is a party place but I also do want to go visit my school as well. I really enjoyed reading your profile.

Hi Annabella! Thank you for answering back. You said that you move out Phillly, well I work in Philly the last 10 years direcing Outpatient Mental Health and Partial Hospitalization. I think the road is hard in Philly at times, there are specific groups that want to control the system. I have BAAS from Univ. of DE, MPA from Jacksonville State Univ. and MD from Dominican Republic. I have pass the foreirgn medical exams to practice in USA so I work in management and clinical work. Please keep in touch. Maribel
Great to hear from you! I was just out in Phoenix last week to attend the Fiesta Bowl. I am an Ohio State fan, but was sad about the loss to Texas. I admire your accomplishments in the social services. It is an area which I have not really provided enough energy yet. I do some volunteer work and my 17 year old son has done quite a bit. I am involved now on the local school board as a memeber of the Technical & Professional Education Advisory Committee to the board memebers on the curriculum for students seeking a track in these areas in preparation for entering college. Would like to continue to pick your brain and gain insights in this area as well understanding how to support social services better in giving back to the community.
I just read the "Buddhist for Dummies" last night. Very interesting and logical! I can't believe how old the concept has been around! Like thousands of years!
That is so interesting. I believe in God, the Universe, but want to learn about the other religions. I think there is so much out there! The church I attend, Unity of Oak Park, teaches about "all" religions and does a lot with meditation. Hope to talk with you more!
