Ola Roberto thanks for the inquiry. As a parent concerned with his childs interest I would invite him to listen to various artists of the instrment. Go with them to some local concerts, Also purchase books on the history of the instrument. Encourage him to practice, practice practice,

All good things you heard about Randstad are true. Randstad is the 2nd largest staffing in the world. I speacialize in light industrial and office/administrative positions. Our main differentiators as agents are managing both the sales and recruiting aspect of the business and we work in teams of 2 so we can be avaiable to our clients and talent. Thanks for the welcome Roberto. It's appreciated. I am not a Realtor now, however, am considering it. Your career sounds very interesting. I have been thinking about getting into the Insurance field. Do you know anyone who is currently hiring? I am also interested in attending a networking event with this organization. Thank you for any info you can give me. Thanks!

Dear Roberto,

I just read you message. Please give your wife my best wishes - teaching children is so important. As for our NYCDOE public schools -our salaries are very competitive - starting salary with just a BA and no experience is at 45,000 - however what makes us particularily attractive is we do not sign annual contracts -once you are teaching if you hold satisfactory service you are automatically teaching again the followign year; addditionally we have amazing professional development and 1,500 schools to chose from with emphasis on encouraging teachers to be leaders; and finally we have a health benefits plan worth $ 20,000 - apart from this the living costs are reduced in many ways in NYC as you do not need a car to get around and you can find reasonable rentals in all the boroughs if you explore and are willing to keep an open mind. As for my travel...my father worked for CARE -so that caused the movement...and as for our competitiveness I think we have hope that this next generation will be maybe more focused as we slowly turn away from a "me"centered "I" centered culture and move towards community - also this economy I bleieve will make us have more of an emphasis on education and skills building...but we are not where we could be ...and we need to invest more time in this area.
