Hispanic professional society & diversity job fairs at NSHP.org

If you work in the real estate business then you must be aware of the decline market since the beginning of 2007. I have several friends that have left the business due to slow market. Some of the are unemployed and still looking for new adventure. As for myself I'm still hanging on waiting to see if the market gets a little better and I can actually get a paycheck. I think I can only keep doing this for a couple more months before my savings account go negative. What am I suppose to do? Every morning I get up around 6:30 a.m. to run with my dog for about 45 min. after that I get ready to head out and start my day networking, door-knocking but most of all praying I'll find a buyer for any of my ten(10) listings.

Raul,

Not sure how the real estate market is in your part of the world. However, here in Las Vegas our market is bank owned (REO), short sales and distressed real estate. If we are to survive this market we definitely have to go where the business is. Have recently aligned myself with a real estate company that specializes in REO, short sales and distressed property. You can view our extensive inventory at my website: http://vegaslos.las.mlxchange.com. Made this move after much deliberation and due diligence. Our market will probably not change for at least 2-4 years. Not sure how close you are to Chicago but I have a colleague there who works with a company that focuses on REO. Hope this helps a little and hang in there. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. Take care and have a great weekend!
