Must have excellent customer contact skills and must meet or exceed sales objectives through identification of customer needs and recommendation of telephone product and services. This is a sales-intensive position with individual sales objectives.
Our Consultants handle requests from existing or new customers for installation, disconnection, or changes of telephone systems and services. This position involves sitting at a computer workstation and using a telephone headset while processing continuous incoming calls. You will also discuss, investigate, and resolve disputes, complaints and inquiries regarding customers' service, billing, rates, adjustments, policies, etc. The expectation is that the Consultant will resolve customer issues on the initial call. The successful candidate must have the ability to touch-type while communicating with clients.
These are Temporary Full Time positions. The pay range is $480/week to $1,063.00/week. Wage credit may be given based upon work experience, education and training. Verizon offers paid training. Training generally includes classroom and on-the-job training. Students are required to meet training standards and full attendance throughout the entire training period to remain in the position. Applicants must qualify on pre-employment testing, medical and background checks.
