The Global Elimination of HR Employee Relations

It’s a great pleasure to hear from you, and an honor to share the following.  I had to be sure if the positions you are recruiting for, is with the same ESRI that I am being considered for, and it just so happens it is :)

 

Before I forget, the reason for not landing a full time is that I am working on a US Patent, the Enhanced tool to evaluate & investigate internal & external Global HR violations of, the Corporate and HR Organization of ESRI amen.  The title of the newly created position is, Corporate Director of Global Compliance, amen.

 

I have been in contact via email through Executive MEMO/ORDER (please see attached PDF sample) with Mr. Jeff Peters ESRI Board of Director, Mr. Jack Dangermond ESRI President, ESRI Corporate Legal, ESRI VP of HR and Head of Corp. Security.  The newly created position cannot go through the normal internal recruiting process of any Corporate & HR Organization, but right to the top of the (CoC) Chain of Command, of the Corporate and HR Organization of ESRI amen.

 

Please do not be offended by the word "amen" (In seriousness) or “CoC” (Internal sense of humor) as these are parts of ESRI protected (TSI) Top Secret Ingredientsof the US Patent and Trademark office of, the Department of Commerce, based on, honesty & respect, trust & loyalty, and above all, honor of an of ESRI, of complete compliance, of the Department of Labor and of Commerce, of the United States of America, the Nation under One God amen.

 

ESRI TSI, internally & externally secured, administered and enforced, like that of the (NSA) National Security Agency and the (DoD) Department of Defense personnel, in fatigue uniform, based on, honesty & respect, trust & loyalty, and above all, honor of an employee of ESRI , of the Seals & Symbols of Oath in Good Faith, of the United States of America, the Nation under One God amen.

 

ESRI TSI, the (EIEOP) Enhanced Internal Evaluation & Orientation Process, to be deployed and engaged, of the global elimination, of Employee Relations, based on, dishonesty & disrespect, distrust & disloyalty, and above all, dishonor of an employee of ESRI in complete compliance, of the Department of Labor and of Commerce, of the United States of America, the Nation under One God amen.

 

ESRI TSI, will shake the mind & body of the HR Organization, the heart & soul of the Corporate Organization, the foundation of the Illumination, of Conscience in or "T.I.C.H.R." "I.C.H.R.," the HR Initiatives & Strategic Planning of ESRI , based on, honesty & respect, trust & loyalty and above all, honor of an employee of ESRI ,  amen.
