100's if not 1000's of physicians have been caught in legal quagmires regarding discipinary actions across this country and have suffered great losses professionally and personally.
Physician's must have due process rights that result in fair and just disciplinary actions. Who will be next??? How many of your close colleagues have you kept silent about regarding disporportionate and disparate disciplinary actions.
This is a call to action for fairness and justice. Join and contribute to the legal defense fund(5013(c)) to protect our legal and civil rigths to practice evidenced-based medical care without the fear of unfair and unjust disciplinary actions by state medical boards.
