This position is responsible for an immediate impact on the HR function’s ability to provide Human Resources Information services on a global basis. This key role will oversee the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of our soon to be selected Human Resource Information System as well as all ancillary HR support systems. You'll also develop system solutions to achieve our strategic goals plus interface with both our IT Group and other departments for systems development/implementation.
This position is also responsible for ensuring data integrity and overseeing the processing of all transactions for the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The successful candidate should be capable of designing and running a variety of standard and ad-hoc reports. You should have the capability to analyze complex data to help identify trends and form recommendations and solutions for the business.
Is responsible for the design, planning and implementation of companywide HRIS programs, policies and procedures.
Develops, analyzes, streamlines and documents new and existing HR business processes.
Researches and analyzes to recommend HRIS program direction, budget and design outcomes.
Analyzes user reporting needs and provides solutions to end users using the appropriate tools and processes.
Oversees the capture and management of employee data ensuring timely processing and data integrity.
Manages the day to day administration of Human Resources systems.
Collaborates with business partners to develop and implement people metrics to identify and proactively manage workforce trends.
Is responsible for delivery of legendary customer service and client satisfaction.
Partners with IT to identify and create a customer focused end-user support system.
Troubleshoots and solves data and system problems.
Manages the employee self service experience and process transactions.
Develops and runs a variety of ad-hoc and standard reports out of the employee database and prepare statistical summaries.
Develops and maintains business process and application documentation.
Conducts system training as required.
Identifies and maintains user accounts and security protocols.
Uploads 401(k) employee contributions, employer match, loan payments, and
other benefit information to third-party vendor sites.
Works closely with Payroll to process Mass Updates for new hires, benefit
deductions and salary changes.
Additional projects as required.
May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.

Experience working with a team to deconstruct and rebuild established HR processes (e.g. AAP generation and reporting, equity analyses, salary planning, talent management, performance management, etc.) to better leverage existing technologies for greater effectiveness.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems.
Significant involvement in an acquisition from an HR perspective.
Experience with an outsourced provider is preferred.
Must have a strong customer service/consulting orientation.
Highly proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Experience managing expatriate programs is a plus.
Strong qualitative and analytical skills and have ability to perform basic statistical calculations and evaluate results.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
Strong planning and organization skills.
Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and communicate with all levels of management.
Proficiency in Spanish preferred.
Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business/Information Technology/Human Resources Management.
Five or more years of HRIS management experience.
