Cómo conseguir trabajo en los Estados Unidos by Mariela Dabbah

Mariela Dabbah faced many of the same fears and uncertainties that thousands of new Latino immigrants encounter in starting a life in the United States. "My experience as an immigrant is similar to the majority of immigrants," Dabbah writes in the introduction. Now she is a naturalized U.S. citizen who has taught other immigrants the basics of overcoming the obstacles to finding and keeping jobs in the United States.

"Cómo Conseguir Trabajo" addresses the fears and questions related to a job search, interviewing and methods for finding a job. Dabbah's book also talks about how to understand what the language barrier means and how Latino immigrants can use their strengths as an advantage. The book is available in Spanish.
