SELP is designed to illuminate and develop the leadership and professional skills of underrepresented sophomores in Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) through experiential and project based learning targeted to civic engagement. Thanks to our partners at MCPS, an increase in student outreach to our most high-impact schools proved highly successful—resulting in the acceptance of 120 diverse emerging leaders!
Join professionals from Lockheed Martin, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, Deloitte, HESS Construction and Gallup by volunteering your knowledge, expertise & experience to prepare and inspire the next generation of leaders!
