Angela Diaz Named Most Influential Hispanic

Angela Diaz , Director at the Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center, was named one of 100 most influential Hispanics in the U.S. by Hispanic Business Magazine. Pioneering Hispanic activist Dionicio Morales dies

American Airlines Honored for Commitment to Hispanics

Hispanic Business magazine has ranked American Airlines and Southwest Airlines in the magazine's "Diversity Elite 60" companies with Hispanic-friendly records. Study Shows Immigrant Kids Get Less Exercise Than U.S. Born

According to the Associated Press, a new study showed immigrant children of all backgrounds get even less vigorous exercise than their U.S.-born counterparts. Plenty of earlier evidence shows that U.S. children are pretty inactive. Almost 18 percent of foreign-born children with immigrant parents got no vigorous exercise on any days of the week, and 56 percent didn't participate in organized sports.
