Profile Information

about me
I have spent the last three years trying to develop a global perspective on the issues. I have lived in San Jose, Costa Rica, Mexico City, San Diego, New York City and finally Ahmedabad and Bombay in India. My most recent experience in India saw me continuing my work for the Enviornmental Services Organization, Green Go Live in Mexico City. I traveled throughout India researching new environmental technologies that could easily be shared through exchange either in the United States or Mexico. The specific technologies ranged from bio-gas facilities to even marketing of products such as Jute bags that could help eliminate the use of plastics. I am now in the process of starting my own business (Matchless Concepts LLC) focused solely on creating a wide network of non-profits alongside new innovative businesses to create a mutually beneficial situation with greater fund-raising, marketing and publicity. The first step in the development of the business is the building of a website www.TheBanyanTree.us that will facilitate easier relations between business and charity/consumer. This website will be completed by May 2009.

It is clear that the world is becoming increasingly inter-connected; the future is in understanding this and working within this framework to create a more harmonious environment.
