- Hi Roberto,
Well it was all by accident. I worked my butt up to that position without an engineering degree its hard but not impossible. I learned all I could and took every opportunity I was given and here I am, I am still learning more. It was hard to be accepted in what was known as a "man's world" but I made it and still face those challenges at times. The field is a hard place to be since its away from home but its a sacrifice that needs to be made. I am happy doing the work.

How did you find yourself as a Mgr in pipeline maintenance and construction? Wow. Seems to me that it can be an interesting field. I have been looking to do some non-profit work. Be careful out in the field!

- LOL. Well I hope she finds out soon. Well at the moment we have a parent company that handles all the janatorial services. If I hear they are thinking of changing I will let you know.
