I tell my daughter our bodies are our temples so we can't pollute it with alot of junk, not just from the physical aspect but from the mental and spiritual as well. They all work together, would you agree? My problem is I do not like cooking, prep is okay but cooking, just never got the bug. I do love to eat though but I eat alot of out of box or can type foods, convenience foods but because I have a daughter, I do cook and try to eat well. We don't really eat junk food. We eat alot of fish, chicken, turkey, ground chuck(not much of that), lots of fruits and veggies.
