what is your current, past or ideal job title?
I'm currently unemployed. My last job I was a Facilitator for the Patient-Family Satisfaction Experience. In this position, I managed the patient satisfaction system and reported scores throughout the organization. In addition I trained all leadership how to use this reporting system so they could get up-to-date data. Well, I could go on as the title Facilitator was a generic catch all title. I have a variety of awesome skills, mostly with customer service experiences. My ideal job title at this point would be Navigator or Patient Access Representative.
