Building upon the experience that Sonia gained as the on premise sales manager for Olinger Distributing, Sonia forged a leading role in building Lacy’s reputation for seeking and setting trends.
She led efforts of directing the annual and long-range brand planning, and worked to diversify the company’s portfolio. By cultivating relationships with existing clients, and with her acute sense of how to communicate with potential clients, Sonia expanded the company’s client base exponentially and established herself as a key factor in the company’s success. As the on premise sales manager for Olinger, Sonia developed market and business analysis for clients to determine the most income positive plan for product acquisition, and promotion. Her reputation for marketing and creating clear and defined growth strategies for her clients, made her a highly sought after as a management partner.
As a Sales leader for Seatech Media, Sonia showed her ability to leverage synergies and create alliances between clients, rather than focusing strictly on traditional publicity and branding tactics. As a direct result of Sonia’s innovative ideas, and implementation, clients were able to create a correlation between marketing expenditures and business activities. Sonia’s extensive customer, and results driven background allows her to excel at Fidelity’s promise of delivering services that meet customer demands for efficient and timely processing and quality products. Sonia has throughout her career, utilized the most cutting edge technological advancements for her clients benefit. Sonia has provided organizational social media literacy for all of her clients providing them a competitive edge in their respective market places, and is skilled at Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Sonia has developed a deep understanding of the real estate market as both a buyer and seller, as she has been extremely successful throughout her career, purchasing distressed properties, rehabilitating them and selling them for a profit.
Sonia was born and raised in Madrid, Spain, and while her native language is Spanish, she is fluent in both spoken and written English. Sonia’s native fluency will extend Fidelity’s products and services into a Hispanic population that is presently growing in Indiana at 47%.
