This is where Public Relations Professionals can meet to express their experience & insight to help those that are involved in PR or are considering a new career.
I am a Senior Associate at a Public Relations firm. Fluent in Spanish and English, I handle our PR firm’s Latino media outreach. I am actively involved with the Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in communication studies with an emphasis in organizational communication from California State University, Sacramento.
I enjoy being surrounded by family and friends. I haven’t done much traveling but hope to change that in the coming years. I would love to visit Spain, Greece, and Europe one day.
I look forward to meeting new people and making new friends!

If you come one day to Spain just let me know about it! I spent the last summer in a summer camp near Palm Springs in California. I am trying to come back since I finished it, because I am in love with that state. I´m trying to find a job there but it´s really difficult to get it from Spain. I joined this comunity to search about an oportunity...but I´m still searching :)
Have an AWESOME day Sofia!
Hola Sofia! The weather in Spain in this season of the year is cold. But it gets better by the summer ^^, specially at the coast! You have to visit Spain, it´s beautifull and "diferent". How is your spanish? Have a good week Sofia!
Youve never been to Guadalajara, or anywhere in Jalisco? I love Chicago and its people, but I cant stay away from Mexico for too long. It can get to be a little confusing at times. You should definetly visit Guadalajara, we are very friendly and extremely good hosts. Chicago is pretty cra$%# today. Lots of clouds, windy and cold.
I lived in Chicago for a while, but moved back to Mexico some years back. Ive been visiting friends and family, but its now time to head back. I went to college in Mexico. hahaha! I figured I would ad you on facebook, but there is a million sofia gutierrez, and dont event try Armando Ramirez, there is two million of us.
Hola Sofia! Yes I'm having a great day especially since it's Friday and the weather is gorgeous! We could be related since my relatives are from Chapala and Guadalajara. I have not gotten very involved with the Chamber but would love to. Great to hear you're an active volunteer. I would like to attend one of the mixers - when's the next one and where? I guess I should lookit up online huh? LOL. Que tengas un fin de semana bien de aquellas!
