An educator and HR expert, Rodney brings a wealth of experience in recruitment, talent management & training. Rodney began his career as an Associate Professor of History at the University of Central Florida, developing curricula and courses at a graduate and undergraduate level. At FAST Search (now Microsoft), he oversaw their University Relations & Internship Program.
Rodney’s sharpened his expertise in talent acquisition while heading all engineering campus recruitment for British Petroleum then, as head of Human Resources at Celtra and Attivio, Rodney further managed all recruitment for these hyper growth company and was also in charge of designing and implementing their onboarding and talent development programs. Rodney was a member of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) Expertise Panel on Talent Acquisition helping companies shape their workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
