I moved to the DFW area in February of this year and I am excited to meet new people and get my business going. I just accomplished one of my goals which was to be my own boss, I finally signed a contract for my agency with Farmers. I am ready to work hard and turn it into one of the top agencies in Texas......

Hi Perla. Thanks for the friend request from a few days back. I have a question for you...Currently I am in the job market. I used to work for State Farm Insurance and although it was a great company and my position payed very well (at least for my standards) I was not happy, so I quit. Ever since I posted my resume on Career Builder I get e-mails from Farmers wanting me to apply to become an agent. I was wondering when ever you have some time if you could please write me back and let me know how your experience was from the initial application to the point of you now having your own agency. I would appreciate your information. Thanks.
