The Pearson VUE test development services group ensures that client examinations function reliably, and that the content is credible, valid and indicative of industry standards. Our testing professionals work together, exercising high standards and industry expertise, while utilizing their collective knowledge, to provide industry leading test development services.

Our test development service is organized into three teams:

Content Development
The content development team works to make the content of examinations valid, reliable, and defensible. In Chicago this team consists of Nurses and editors who develop the content for the NCLEX exam.

Publishing
The publishing team focuses on quality control and technical implementation. Members of the publishing team have experience in quality control procedures, scoring, scripting, and database technology

Measurement Services
The measurement services team includes psychometricians with advanced degrees in the science of measurement.
