We are penniless, stranded, and looking for work everyday, trying to support my family, being 51 the work force has been very unkind to the older generations who have become displace workers, my former company forced me out after 30 years, of which the last 14years of doing the same job I was told I was no longer qualified to do the job, I was the only person of color who was forced out of this department with the reduction in force, the didn't terminated anyone one with less seniority the me, after years of being a Diversity show pony form them. winning National Awards and company awards, if you would like more info please feel free to contact me, regarding this matter.
