Currently as a Consultant, people and organizations are left with increased capacity to achieve outcomes and know themselves as competent partners in sustaining their mission. A Certified Fundraising Executive with 18 years of demonstrated experience in resource and organization development for non-profit and for-profit groups. Proficient in creating mission-based action plans, cultivation methods and stewardship strategies. Record: 90% increased participation of target market, 60% increase in annual giving, and building efficient practices within a four-month period to secure $350,000 multi-grant funding and pipeline of $1.5 million. Previous positions: Resource Development Director, Community Relations Ambassador, Program/Project Director, Dominican Associate, Broad Education Fellow, Certified Volunteer Administrator, School Board member and Chair of various non-profit organizations.
