NTEC believes the key to effective teaching lies in identifying and training teachers who have a deep commitment to the children in their own communities.

We are dedicated to helping these individuals develop their teaching vocation by offering outstanding teacher education programs designed just for them and the communities they serve. Specifically, we offer, in partnership with Quincy University, a smarter, faster approach to certification and a clear, achievable path toward earning a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
