- My name is Minerva Mendoza, I am 33 years-old. I am the Director of Human Resources for the newest race and sports book company in town - Lucky's Race & Sports Book. I am currently pursuing my Doctorateof Management in Organizational Leadership throug the University of Phoenix. I enjoy making a difference in our community and look forward to meeting new people. I'm also an Executve Coach with Coach Eagle Inc. a local organization that has been around for many, many years which provides executive coaching as well as professional development for organiztions. I am a single mom with 2 kids - Emma 16 and James 9 - my blessings! I am also pursuing a modeling and acting career - actually I'd love tobe a spokesmodel - I have done great commercials both in English and Spanish for the American Cancer Society and the Golden Nugget Casino in Laughlin, NV.
