- I have 20 years’ experience in multimillion-dollar civil, environmental, wetlands, and IDIQ program management projects. I have estimated, negotiated, and managed projects incorporating Divisions 2 through 16, with special expertise in utility distribution systems, structural concrete, and marine construction, As President, i have grown Yerba Buena Engineering from it inception in 2002 from 350,000 in sales to current project revenue of 15 Million dollars in sales, and employing 45 people. I oversees all cost and technical proposals and operational management related to Yerba Buena Engineering. He has successfully managed contracts for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), U.S. Air Force, National Park Service, Department of Veterans Affairs, and General Service Administration as well as for the City and County of San Francisco.
