- MARK A LEMA, SPHR, is a global human resources executive with 16 years of proven leadership results in top tier Fortune 500 manufacturing, consumer goods, multicultural, multinational organizations. He is currently the Founder and CEO of Lema & Associates, a strategic HR Consulting and Search Firm specializing in the recruitment, hiring, training, motivation and retention of the Hispanic / Latino workforce. Previously, he was the HR Director for Catelli Brothers, Main Tape, Campbell Soup Co. and Church & Dwight.
Mr. Lema holds Bachelor's from the University of Southern Mississippi, a certificate in labor relations, and is a certified senior professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Mark is fluent in Spanish, a member of SHRM, HHRN (Hispanic Human Resources Network).
Mark was born in NJ but grew up in La Paz, Bolivia (South America). Now he resides in Burlington, NJ since 1996. He is married and in his spare time Mark enjoys guitar playing, playing soccer, collecting stamps and spending time with family and friends.
