Profile Information

about me
I am always asked how did I start selling Real Estate and my reply is always, “I didn’t choose Real Estate, Real Estate chose me.” Licensed since 2000, I have studied intensely the trends of the market place not only in the local area, but the national and international arena. This aggressive studying of the market place has earned me interviews with the Wall St. Journal and the New York Times focusing on my gorilla marketing strategies. I have earned Centurion level status in the Century 21 International System. At the international Convention I was a guest speaker on out of the box selling Techniques.
Detail oriented and meticulous with my files, my team in packaging, marketing and closing assets in a timely manner. I head up the technology section of the team. Quick response to potential buyers, Aggressive marketing and web placement of properties are crucial. I am RDcPro Default School Certified and Asset Link Certified for short sales.
