Hi Marie,
Thanks for your encouragement. Do you know of any Hispanic organizations that you believe would hire for an entry position?

Hi Marie,

I am glad to see that you teach people how to write effectively for a newspaper. My son loves writing and is a poet. He continually states that he does not believe there is any money in writing professionally. It is good to see that you are an encouragement to others.

I think I met you at the movil Mexican consulate. I was there volunteering as a translator for one of the attorneys and also helping people with the processing of passports. I hope to see you again!

Hello! Marie, I just sent a package to Hilo Hattie's about my new romance book, Bears in the Hibiscus. I'm part-Hispanic. Any chance of a story in your paper? I sent my book to Hilo Hattie's because it's a beach book about a woman who takes a Hawaiian vacation...could I send you a copy?
Many thanks, Janelle Meraz Hooper, author

Holidays can be a lonely time for those new in your area...

I've been living in Hawaii for the last 19 years and have spent Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years alone. So with this being said, please reach out to someone new in your area during the holidays.

I'm not saying a stranger but someone new to your circle, to your town/city, or to the USA!! I guarantee dinner will taste just a little better.

The Hawaii Hispanic News want to wish you and your family the best this holiday season!!
