Hi Lauren: Hope that the school system is attracting quality individuals for the future of tomorrow. I believe that the starting salary for a teacher here in TX is around 40Ka yr, not too shabby. Of course, the standard of living is a little lower as well. My wife has a B.S. and is thinking of going into teaching, any suggestions?
By the way, I am impressed with the amount of traveling you have done. Do you think we are keeping up with the rest of the world in education standards or falling behind. It seems that we are falling behind. Not enough parental involvement nowadays..
Take Care,
Roberto
