I am a sociologist and I love doing research. I enjoy using qualitative methods to understand people's "local knowledge," informal rules, and implicit agreements within formal organizations. Moving between countries twice made me value friendship, reciprocity, and the opportunity to strengthen my own "local knowledge.'
