I am a 46 years old Peruvian. I was living in Lima and studied 12 years in a catholic school after that I studied Psychology and graduated in Organizational Psychology.
I immigrated to USA on1997 with my 5 years old son after became a widow, looking for better opportunities of life. After several years of working in Convenient Store as a Manager, I accomplished one of my dreams which it was getting my Master degree in Business Administration. I always tell my son that education is power and he can be whatever he want in life if he believes on himself.
what is your current, past or ideal job title?
I am currently working as a Loan Officer for Southwest Funding. The most important part of this job is that I help Hispanic people like me, to get their dream house or getting for them a better financial situation by refinancing their mortgage with a fair interest and term conditions. Before this job I was working for more than ten years in retail business as a Store Manager. What I liked about this job was the constant interaction with customers; this communication provided me a great feed back in order to improve my customer service skill.
My ideal job is working in business or financial area with special concentration on customer service; help the company to develop strategies that tend to increase customer satisfaction.

Hey Julio,
I am looking to help folks in this turbulent economy make some supplemental income, not too mention, we are looking to expand in the DFW energy/electric market. Perhaps you'd like to hear more or know of somebody who would be interested.
