I am passionate about creating opportunities for meaningful learning in underserved communities in the U.S. and globally. I graduated from Swarthmore College with a degree in Political Science and Educational Studies in 2016. I have been supporting education research and youth empowerment initiatives since graduating.
what is your current, past or ideal job title?
I am currently a Research Assistant at the NYU Silver School of Social Work's Center for Latino Adolescent and Family Health. I role is primarily focused on participant recruitment for the center's research studies and data collection. I am looking for research opportunities to continue developing data management and analysis skills.

I grew up in Colombia and moved to New York City at the age of 12. My hispanic identity encompasses diverse shared experiences with first generation hispanic immigrants, diasporic Hispanic communities in the U.S., Hispanic college graduates and professionals in the U.S.
