Originally from Puerto Rico, completed my High School and College studies in New Jersey, moved to Florida in 99 searching the warm climate. Due to the economy and market situation in Florida I recently relocated to Houston for a better growth opportunity. I’m always looking for creative ways to solve issues. I see problems as opportunities to excel. My expertise has made me a motivational leader offering high levels of problem solving, team leadership and client relationship management.

Hola Jorge. I read your profile and noticed you recently relocated to Texas from Florida. I'm considering of relocating to Texas 1Q 2010. Open to move Austin/Dallas/Houston. Can you provide me your feedback coming from your own experience? I've been living in AZ for 12 years and this will be the first big move I've done in a very long time. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Hello Jorge:
You are right!!!!! I haven't been able to return your call.... busys, busy, busy. This weekend I meet with the realtor trying to sell my mom's house in the middle of the island to finally move out of PR and that added to other endeavors keept me busy. Sorry
By the way, I have a good friend that maybe you know. His name is Charlie Diaz and he is underr NSHMBA Los Angeles Chapter Board. I think he is a secretary for the board chapter. He is a very bright individual and a good influential person to network with.
I will try to set up an interview this week with Peter.
