Am a communications guru. Background includes on-air work in television and radio news and sports, teach television performance, public relations account executive, and am a people person through a decade in residential real estate investment.

My ideal job title is communications consultant/specialist.

what's your Hispanic connection?

Have spoken Spanish since high school. Was elected President of the Spanish Honor Society at that time. I have numerous Latino tenants or contractor friends, so speaking some Spanish is a big help as I communicate with these individuals.
