- about me
- I am a 27 year old Hispanic female who is graduating from Yeshiva University, Wurzweiler School of Social Workk and will be receiving my Master's Degree in Social Work in May 2009. I am currently doing an internship in the Charles Rangel Community Health Clinic which is affiliated with the Morgan Stanely Children's Hospital of New York Presbyterian Medical Center.
- what is your current, past or ideal job title?
- My current job is part time, doing clerical and secreterial work at the management office of Castle Village Owner's Corp,. I am at my internship three days of the the week. My past job was an Intensive Case Manager/ Project HEAL Domestic Violence Coordinator at Safe Horizon. It deals with clients whom have been victims of a crime, specifically dometic violence. My ideal job would be to work for an agency or a hospital setting in which my skills as a domestic violence counselor or a facilitator of a support group can be utilized to serve individuals who are in crisis.
- what languages do you speak?
- I speak Spanish and English

- I have only lived in the United States

- I have only visited Puerto Rico
- what's your Hispanic connection?
- My Hispanic connection is that my family is from Puerto Rican. My father and grandmother from my mother's side of the family was born in Puerto Rico. My mother and I were born in New York, United States.
