CHOICES health insurance counseling;
comprehensive in-home assessment visits and case management of supportive home and community-based services including Connecticut Home Care Program for Elders;
oversight of federal and state grant funds;
advocacy on behalf of olders adults;
needs assessment and planning;
program sponsor of:
- Senior Companions/Foster Grandparents programs;
- Retired and Senior Volunteer Program; and
- Opportunities for Older Adults.
