I've been involved in Human Resources for over 4 years. I graduated with my BA with a major in Human Resources Development and I've lived half of my life between Mexico and the U.S, which is why I read, write and speak both languages.

Currently I am an HR manager, but in the future I would like to grow my career in training and development. As an Instructional Designer or Training and Development Manager.
