about me: Let's take a minute to look at the bigger picture and how we fit into PepsiCo.

Three operating sectors comprise PepsiCo:

-First, PepsiCo Americas Foods, of which we're a part. In addition to Frito-Lay North America, PepsiCo's other North American food and snack businesses are part of PAF, including our Quaker, Sabritas and Gamesa brands; PepsiCo's Latin American food businesses, and ur North American Power of One Retail Sales teams that represent all of PepsiCo's brands to customers.

-Second, PepsiCo Americas Beverages - our North American beverage businesses, including Pepsi-Cola, Gatorade, Tropicana, all our Latin American beverage businesses, and our North America PepsiCo Foodservice division.

-And third, PepsiCo International, which includes PepsiCo's food, snack, and beverage businesses in the UK, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Frito Lay North America is PepsiCo's largest North American business, representing 37% of PesiCo's profits and 29% of its net revenues.

Being part of PepsiCo gives us a competivive advantage in the marketplace.

We partner with other PepsiCo brands and divisions to leverage the "Power of one" and drive growth - whether it's a joint promotion with Pepsi-Cola for Super Bowl Sunday, leveraging PepsiCo's other go-to-market systems to distribute our products or combining all of PepsiCo's products that contribute to healthier lifestyles under the Smart Spot banner.

Being part of PepsiCo is also great for our people, since it provices even more opportunities for growth and development.
