For over 15 years, I have used data and evidence to strengthen program delivery, guide strategic decision-making, and improve the effectiveness of mission-driven organizations. I am passionate about supporting organizations involved in making a real and lasting change in communities with disparities or people with chronic medical conditions. I have led projects in companies during periods of growth and transition; advised non-profits, foundations, local and global clients and stakeholders on how to implement impactful programs. I am currently involved in a healthcare prevention project, with the endorsement of the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and the American Arthritis Foundation. Understanding health from a broader perspective and it multiples determinants, I am interested in liaising with entities engaged in community development and revitalization projects.
I'm bilingual (English/ Spanish), limited working proficiency in Portuguese and Italian. Multicultural professional, a subject matter expert in project management who offers in-depth project and program evaluation, quantitative and qualitative research methods, regulation analysis, program design and development, community outreach.
