Pesident of NSHMBA Tampa Bay-Citigroup Senior Telecommunications Systems Analysis, working with Citi for over 10 years. Eric manages a web-based application called Call Detail Reporting the application holds call records for over 450,000 extensions, 650 Citi sites with an anuual chargeback of 114 million. The application is also responsible for creating the monthly inter-company telecom bill.
Eric is a strong supporter of higher education and believes that everyone in this country has the opportunity to learn a trade and become successful. While employed with Citi Eric attended school at night and earned his Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems and his MBA in October 2005. He is always encouraging others to go to school to better themselves and their families.

For Citi I am the Co-chair for Citi Hispanic Network Tampa Bay 2007-2008. This position allows me the opportunity to give back to my peers with community, education and leadership events. Hispanic and Latin Heritage month coordinator for the Citi campus 2005-2006. Citi back to school drive for the children of Hills-Borough County July 2005.
National Society of Hispanic MBA’s NSHMBA Tampa Bay President 2008. Duties include raising money for NSHMBA scholarship fund. Recruiting new members to NSHMBA. Encouraging others to reach for a higher education.
Advisory Board Co-Chair for The Jim Walter Partnership Center at the University of South Florida for the Cooperative Association of States for Scholarships (CASS) program 2008. USF is hosting an 18-member delegation of adult students from the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. I assist the program by providing the students with community, education and leadership events.
