Elliott,
Yes, I am a realtor. These days I am mostly doing listings of short sales. I only have a few buyers. The market has improved here in Northern VA. There is a great demand for homes priced below $200k, mostly from investors like yourself:)
Where are your investment properties?

Hi Elliot!

Thanks for the encouragement, its much appreciated! I really respect the work you are doing as well; your company's ethical focus and optimistic attitude are a breath of fresh air. If you have any connections in Social Marketing, specifically in relation to health/behavior change or International development awareness looking to hire, that would be super helpful as its one of the areas I'm trying to get involved in! Thanks for the add and good luck in your work as well!
