I hold a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, a Master in Sciences degree (Analytical Chemistry) and have more than 25 years of business experience in companies of API’s (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients). I am fully proficient in English (written and spoken); have Spanish as my mother tongue and some knowledge in German and French. My professional activities transpired with three different companies and involved people management experiences at all levels across the organizations. I spent many years with a USA company (Syntex), 11 years with a Swiss company (Roche) and 6 years with an Indian company (Dr. Reddy’s). Activities and responsibilities encompassed various departments such as quality control, strategic planning, sales, and, particularly, supply chain management. My career progression involved increasing responsibilities but my main area of expertise is supply chain management which lasted for 17 years. I was able to build strong alignment with internal and external business partners including quality, manufacturing and global supply chain. I was a senior staff member of the management team in all these companies. I would like to apply this vast experience of many years in a new company, function, position and/or country.
