Eric,

To understand the business model - the company is a fully licensed CREP - Competitve Retail Electricity Provider with a PUCT license first and then to acquire the customer - that's where we come in....."word of mouth". This way is the most powerful form of advertising, just ask (un)Reliant, TX(who) and other monopolies (hating on us) that of course use the traditional model. So since we are still a ground floor startup, our company has taken about 6% of the market but better than that there is still of course 94% to go and since these older business models are too slow to react and top-heavy they cannot compete. But probably the best part of this deal is we as shareholders in this company (or partners) just have to go out and get 10 customers ONLY, EVER and just 1 shareholder/partner per month over a 12 month period will mathematically build out to a substantial residual income of over $30,000/month. So, to answer your question about pyramid - yes in structure it just like our democratic government structure or any other traditional corporate structure - there always somebody at the top doing less, making more (no pun intended). However in this business, the idea is simple and everybody uses it and needs it as well as we are truly in it to create income but that doesn't happen without helping others get theirs too. As I've heard and practice in my life - help people get what they want and you'll get what you want!

So whether you agree or not, please let me know what you think....
